IT Security Architect (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced IT Security Architect well-versed in information security as well as governance, risk & control (GRC) topics. Your mission is to improve IT security at LYNX by further establishing and continuously improving the security management framework and work with all development and IT teams as well as Compliance to make sure services provided adhere to modern standards and internal as well as external stakeholder expectations. You will interact with key stakeholders in the company to be able to effectively act as the focal point of communication and person responsible for IT Security at LYNX. In addition to this, hands-on experience with IT security tools and secure software engineering practices is very welcome for guiding and closely accompanying cross-functional teams on their path to an even more secure software development lifecycle.
► Advance our international IT Security strategy by developing and maintaining information security policies, concepts, and guidelines
► Coordinate the work of the cross-functional Information Security Management team
► Assessment of security requirements to meet control objectives and risk appetite
► Analyse and assess security and network architecture with respect to regulatory requirements, security and economic feasibility
► Draw up and assess protective measures for users, systems, processes, information
► Set up and manage execution of penetration tests, security reviews and other security-related projects to identify asset vulnerabilities and track remediation
► Work with system administrators, development and operations engineers to audit, monitor and validate their environment’s security
► Lead investigations of any actual or potential information security risks, develop mitigating plans, and coordinate the incident response
► Planning, executing and accompanying international initiatives such as security awareness and other security-related trainings
You’re offering these qualifications
► At least 3 years of professional experience in this or a similar role
► Experience in developing Information Security programs, policies and procedures, including successful implementations in enterprise environments
► Experience in applying various security and IT management standard such as Cobit, ISO 27000, ITIL
► High level of expertise in Networks, Server Technologies, and Security-related Equipment & Systems
► Interest in infusing security in agile teams, realising a DevSecOps mind set
► Excellent communication skills and interest to work with cross-functional, distributed teams
► Very good English language skills, speaking German and/or Dutch is beneficial
► Cooperation with teams across our branches in Amsterdam, Berlin, Gent, Prague
