Trading App

If you have an iPhone or a mobile phone that uses Android, you can download the LYNX Trading app. When you are not sitting in front of your computer screen, you can keep an eye on the prices and easily place orders.


  • Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera
  • Install the LYNX Trading App on your smartphone and open the app
  • Choose two-factor registration
    The app guides you step-by-step through the setup


After you have installed it, open the application and press Services at the top left. Then click Register Two-Factor and then Continue.

Enter your username and password and then click Continue. Select your phone number and click Get Activation SMS. You will now receive an SMS with an activation code.

Enter the activation code and click Activate. Finally, you must confirm the activation with your TouchID or FaceID. After this, the LYNX Key is fully activated.

Please Note:

If you manage a trading account with several users, the procedure must be activated for each individual user.

How it works

Log in with your username and password in LYNX+, the Trader Workstation or the Client Portal.

After clicking Login, a notification message will be sent to your smartphone. Please note, if you have not received a notification message on your smartphone, you can log in using a Challenge. Then follow the instructions below.

Click this message on your smartphone. The LYNX Trading App will now be launched. You can then complete the login using your Touch ID, Face ID or your created PIN.

Login is now complete. You are now logged in to one of the trading platforms or to Client Portal.

SMS method

Please note:

The SMS method can only be activated if LYNX Key is not already activated.

Log in to the Client Portal with your LYNX credentials. In the dialog box that appears, click Verify next to your mobile number. You will then receive an activation SMS on your mobile number, which you enter in the appropriate field. This activates the SMS method.

Activate manually

Once you have logged in to the Client Portal / Account Management, you can click on your mobile number after pressing Settings. If you click on the pen symbol, you can change your phone number in the next page. Enter the number with the corresponding country code.

You can then verify your mobile phone number for the SMS-TAN procedure with a confirmation code. To do this, click the Verify button in the Verified by SMS column.

You will now be prompted to enter the confirmation code. This will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Check your incoming messages. Enter the five-digit TAN from the message in the field to the right of the confirmation number, then click Next. Thus, the SMS-TAN procedure was activated.
